At Senatla Capital, we understand the vital role that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) plays in creating a more just and equitable society. We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background, and are committed to creating opportunities to foster that in society. We also recognize that education is the single biggest lever to breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality. That is why, for the past 14 years, we have dedicated up to 1% of our annual fee income to Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, with a strong emphasis on education.

Our primary partner in this endeavor has been the Student Sponsorship Program (SSP) www.ssp.org.za , a non-profit organization that provides academic and personal support to students from low-income backgrounds, with the aim of helping them reach their full potential. We are proud to support SSP and other similar organizations.

Arts

At Senatla Capital, we firmly believe that the arts play a vital role in building vibrant and inclusive communities. Our commitment to supporting the arts is an extension of our broader mission to promote DEI. We recognize the transformative power of the arts in providing people with an outlet for expression, creativity, and connection. Since our inception, we have supported various arts initiatives that help to nurture and promote emerging artists and their work.

One of our most significant commitments has been to the Joburg Ballet www.joburgballet.com, a company dedicated to promoting ballet and contemporary dance in South Africa. We believe that this art form has the power to transcend boundaries and bring people together, and we are proud to be associated with such a dynamic organization.

In addition to our support for dance, we have also made a commitment to the visual arts through our sponsorship of Gallery Momo www.gallerymomo.com. As a contemporary art gallery, Gallery Momo represents and exhibits the work of emerging and established artists from Africa and the African diaspora. We are excited to support this dynamic platform that provides a space for diverse voices and perspectives to be heard.
