<\/span><\/p>\n

Angus has over 14 years\u2019 experience within the property sector.\u00a0\u00a0He spent 5 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager where he concluded various equity and mezzanine debt transactions within South Africa.\u00a0\u00a0He had a brief stint with Old Mutual where he provided equity transactions within South\u00a0Africa and Eastern Europe, specializing in the industrial property sector.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Previously, he worked as an Analyst at Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking.\u00a0\u00a0He also has experience as a property manager working for City Property.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Angus has completed single transactions in the listed sector worth ZAR3.75 billion and he has unlisted deal execution experience of between ZAR200 \u2013 ZAR500 million.\u00a0\u00a0He successfully assisted in building up the equity portfolio book of Sasfin Property equity by achieving an average IRR of over 18% Year On Year (\u201cYOY\u201d) over 3 years.\u00a0\u00a0He was also the main equity provider acting for a previous employer, for the Atterbury Industrial portfolio whereby he deployed over ZAR400 million worth of equity and achieved an average IRR of 19% for those investments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Angus holds a BCom Honours in Economics\u00a0\u00a0(University of Johannesburg), Property Investment & Management from UCT, and a PGDip in Portfolio Management & Investment Analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
